A3C 2014: The Second Annual Best Block Party Ever

This year’s block party features a lineup no less storied than last year’s, with the Roots' lyrical mastermind Black Thought topping the bill along with mixtape maestro J. Period and rapper Talib Kweli of Black Star and Reflection Eternal fame. These ambassadors of hip-hop will transform a vacant patch of gravel next to Mother on Edgewood Avenue into an all-day party where fans can bask in the forgiving October breeze, schmooze with fellow hip-hop heads, and bear witness to rap royalty. The block party is free if you RSVP on site, or with your A3C badge. This event is also a food drive for Hosea Feed the Hungry.
