Happy 25th birthday, Tiny Tim! OK, the young, crutch-weilding tyke doesn’t actually age, but the Alliance Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol recently hit the quarter-century mark. This time there’s a new Scrooge in town. Local actor David de Vries takes over for Chris Kayser, who after 16 of the last 20 seasons of playing the titular role, retired last year.
