Dinner will be served until 11:30 p.m., with three and four-course menu options coming from executive Chef Michael Semancik. At 9 p.m., DJ Yvonne Monet will start playing music and keep going until the balloons drop and the complimentary champagne gets poured up for a midnight toast.
