Chef Christy Stone has planned special dishes for this NYE dinner. Expect dishes like a 12 oz. salted, herb-crusted prime rib served with roasted red skin potatoes, beer-braised collard and mustard greens, black eyed peas and sage-infused au jus as well as cocktail specials. South Main Kitchen is set to distribute party favors and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
