Pizzaiolos will entertain and educate everyone on the history of pizza making before giving guests the chance to add the coal, stoke the fire, and heat up Max’s genuine coal-burning oven. Participants will learn to knead, stretch, and toss dough to make their own crust. Tickets include the meal and two drinks. Each session is limited to 16 participants, and spaces must be reserved.
