Welcome 2019 at Atlanta’s iconic rotating restaurant, Polaris at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta! The restaurant is offering a special prix-fixe menu to ring in the New Year. The menu, set at $85 per person, features four outstanding courses to accompany Polaris’s breathtaking city views.

The New Year’s Eve menu includes:
Chef’s Special Amuse Bouche: Crisp Fried Oyster “Rockefeller”
First Course: Seafood Ceviche Cocktail or Pecan Crusted Decimal Place Goat Cheese
Second Course: Brandied Pumpkin Bisque
Third Course: Surf & Turf
Dessert: Celebration 18 Dessert

A special wine pairing is also available for the prix-fixe menu for an additional $40 (total of $125 per person), including:
First & Second Course: App and Soup paired with Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc
Third Course: Entrée paired with L’Ecole Merlot
Fourth Course: Dessert paired with 10-Year Old Tawny Port
