Career Management Tools for Writers is a 6-week class in which participants will learn some simple, basic tools used commonly in businesses to focus worker time and effort around the business’ objectives. These tools are great for focusing creative energy as well. This course will help writers align their values and goals with the time and resources they have, in order to increase their success and satisfaction with their writing. Participants will develop mission statements, elevator speeches, SMART goals, and annual performance plans; and learn to network effectively.
