OFFBEAT Knife Skills Class
OFFBEAT is excited to launch the first of their instructional culinary experiences, a hands-on knife skills class led by acclaimed chef, Seung Hee Lee of Atlanta pop-up, Korean Fusion. This hands-on event will serve as an intimate instructional experience, complete with a snack and sparkling wine pairing.
Seung will guide attendees through mastering basic knife techniques, while teaching how to make their own kimchi to take home. Attendees will have the opportunity to add to their culinary repertoire by practicing fundamental cuts: mince, dice, chop, brunoise, and julienne.
