Vegetarian Cooking Class
Interested in learning how restaurants cook their veggies to perfection? Join Sugo on Wednesday, August 14, from 7 to 9 p.m. to master the art of pickling, pan searing and perfecting techniques that take your produce to the next level. This class will teach guests culinary techniques and the importance of timing, texture and temperature when creating vegetable-based dishes. For $45 per person, guests will receive the lesson, a four-course dinner and an optional wine pairing for $20.
