Rooftop Guest Chef Dinner ft. Adam Evans
Tiny Lou's executive chef Jeb Aldrich is hosting an epic series of rooftop dinners featuring a revolving door of your favorite chefs. Join him for dinner on Monday, November 11, in partnership with Adam Evans of Birmingham's Automatic Seafood & Oysters.
Snag a (limited!) seat to enjoy five-courses on the famous Hotel Clermont rooftop, highlights of which include two courses prepared by each chef, thoughtfully executed wine pairings and welcome cocktails developed by Hotel Clermont beverage director Daniel Keith, and a beautifully plated dessert course by Hotel Clermont pastry chef Claudia Martinez.
Tickets are $130 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, and limited seating is available.
