In her new book with co-writer Gene Stone, founder and president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), Ingrid Newkirk, explores the wonders of animal life and offer tools for living more kindly toward them. Newkirk will visit the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library to discuss and sign copies of “Animalkind: Remarkable Discoveries About Animals and Revolutionary New Ways to Show Them Compassion.”
