Laissez les bon temps rouler! Mardi Gras on the Roof at Ponce City Market is here! The Roof is turning into the French Quarter this season. Grab some beads and your favorite Cajun foods while sipping on Hand Grenades and Hurricanes all day long. Listen to the sweet sounds of Trio Jockamo and Will Scruggs to set the mood. Four bars will be pouring speciality Nawlins cocktails, and Louisiana gumbo will be served at Skyline Park’s Concessions Stand. Come out earlier in the day for some family fun, including face painting, arts and crafts, and kids’ snacks until 2 p.m. Stay after the party for a Crawfish Boil — each ticket will get you a heaping serving of whole-boiled crawfish, Andouille sausage, corn on the cob, red potatoes, peppers, onions, and grilled fennel.
