Join United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Atlanta COVID-19 Emergency Housing Assistance Program event Nov. 21 for mortgage, rent and utility assistance. If you are a resident of Incorporated City of Atlanta, you may be eligible to receive up to $5,000 in assistance through the City of Atlanta COVID-19 Emergency Housing Assistance Program.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Photo ID
• Social Security Number, Passport Number or Consulate ID Number
• A copy of your current mortgage statement and/or FULL lease agreement (must live within the incorporated City of Atlanta limits)
• Proof of COVID-19 Impact on finances (such as separation/termination notice from employer due to COVID-19, proof of reduced hours, proof of increased medical bills, proof of increased utility bills, APS school records, etc.)
• Current/Past due rent, mortgage statement and/or utility bill
• Last 4 paystubs for each adult member of the household
