Hillside International Truth Center is hosting its inaugural outdoor fresh produce market, health fair, testing and live wellness activities on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from noon – 5 p.m. at 2416 Cascade Road. The event is free and open to the public. This community market features fresh produce, exhibits, free health screenings and more. Hillside Healthy Living vendors include the Reiki Vibrations, LLC, Iwi Farm Oasis, the Kindred Healing Center, and The Joshua Generation Care and Consultant Services, LLC which offers affordable mental health services. The iwi fresh Farm Oasis is a one-stop for physical, mental and emotional services. In addition, massage therapy, chiropractic, yoga, colon hydrotherapy, healing products and other wellness informational exchanges will be offered. Hillside is partnering with the Atlanta Indie Market, which will debut its independently operated Cascade Heights Indie Market on the same date and time as Hillside’s healthy marketplace.
