On March 25, Nick’s Westside will host “An Evening in France” wine dinner featuring the cuisine and wines of France. It’s certainly familiar territory for Chef Nick Leahy, who spent much of his childhood in France’s Provence region and was the chef/partner in the Provençal-style restaurant, AIX, prior to opening Nick’s Westside last year.
