From the venue:The Southern Gentleman will feature a four-course prix fixe menu curated for Valentine’s Day with a starter of Warm Brie Fondue-toasted Sourdough with truffle and appetizer and main choices of Seared Yellowfin Tuna with toasted benne, fermented rhubarb mojo & mizuna, Short Rib Pot Roast with buttermilk whipped potatoes, baby carrots, cippolini onions & horseradish, Roasted King Salmon with creamy farro, grilled asparagus & strawberry-rose gastrique, and more. For dessert, guests can choose from Milk Chocolate Genoise with chocolate pearls & sabayon or Fromage Blanc Cheesecake with cookie crust & strawberry cream. The prix fixe menu will be the only menu available on Valentine's Day and is $79 per person, not including tax & gratuity.
