Aziza’s Five-Course Valentine’s Day Menu

From the venue:This Valentine’s season, the modern Israeli restaurant will be serving a five-course menu (here) from Executive Chef Luis Guevara Salgado and Pastry Chef Lindsey Davis on Saturday, February 12 and Monday, February 14. Highlights include Beef Tartare with creamy yolk, dijon, urfa, wheat berry, shallot & lime; Seared Foie Gras with kubaneh toast & apricot; Scallops with lobster emulsion, romanesco, celeriac & garden herbs; and Spiced Raspberry Pomegranate Tart with citrus meringue & raspberry pomegranate sorbet. Each guest will be able to select a dish for each course, and the menu is $125 per person. Aziza’s regular menu will be available in addition to the Valentine’s menu on Saturday, February 12, but not on Valentine’s Day. Reservations for the dining room and heated patio are available here.
