THE DAVID YOUNG BAND, featuring musicians from the Amazing Mongooses, Moontower, the Fried Combo, and more!

David was diagnosed in 2017 with Parkinson’s Disease, and this is the second time since then that he has put together a benefit for the Parkinson’s Disease Association. At the last of these events, over $2,000 was collected for Parkinson’s research!

A graduate of Boston’s Berklee College of Music, David has: played in bands all across the US and Canada; opened for artists such as Chubby Checker and Ronnie Stoneman; appeared on TV with blues artists Chick Willis and Beverly “Guitar” Watkins; performed with Jeff Sipe (Phil Lesh & Friends, Aquarium Rescue Unit), Tim Loftin (Delbert McClinton), Clair Marlo, the Atlanta Percussion Trio; and Roger Kohrs (Unknown Hinson); was drummer for a Boston production of “Godspell”; and been a session musician for radio/TV commercials and numerous other recording projects.
