The City of Norcross's purpose is to educate and inform the public about the rich African American culture and history found in Gwinnett County!
On Sunday, June 19th located at Thrasher Park, join us in celebration of African-American independence as we commemorate the end of slavery in the United States! The Juneteenth Celebration will be filled with cultural experience such as African-American arts, music, food and education programs!
