Madigan Recommends: > Pinky Cole, the visionary behind Slutty Vegan, is adding to her growing status as a phenomenon by embarking on a short national tour with a show that plugs her cookbook Eat Plants, B*tch, which she says is “chock full of delicious recipes aimed to please dedicated vegans, flexitarians and carnivores alike.” Southern favorites, breakfast creations, Jamaican dishes from Cole’s childhood, tapas and small plates, plus a selection of “tips and tricks” are all to be found within its pages. In addition to Cole’s input, fellow vegan chefs, influencers and entrepreneurs chime in to share recipes, give advice on running a business and discuss veganism. The first part of her show consists of a moderated conversation and Q&A followed by “fan zone activities,” cocktails, a DJ and music, vendors, merch and book signing. The Slutty Vegan food truck will be on site as well. A book is included in the Platinum VIP ticket price and holders get to meet Cole and have a photo taken with her. — KCM
