Guests will delight in a pre-fixe menu, where they will be able to select one option from each course. $210 per person.
Starter options include beet salad with goat cheese and plum vinaigrette; artichoke and truffle soup; foie gras terrain with spiced apple compote; garden gems salad with porcini aioli, or white truffle gnocchi with parmesan cream.
Entrée options include Honey Baked ham with gruyere baked potatoes and wilted greens; Westholme wagyu filet and short rib; roast halibut with braised leeks; Sunchoke risotto with caramelized white chocolate, or beef and onion tart tatin.
