Join us at Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar on our second “stop” of our 2023 World Traveler Cocktail Dinner Series by enjoying a 6-course Basque Cocktail Dinner!
Join us on March 29 & 30, beginning at 6pm for a 6-course dinner created by Chef Will Puryear. The courses will be accompanied by fun twists on traditional Basque cocktails. Follow along on the map as each course highlights a culinary specialty and cocktail, or spirit, enjoyed in that part of the country. Menu highlights include Patatas Bravas, Marinated Spanish Octopus, Roasted Dry Aged Compart Duroc Pork Loin, Torrijas (Fried French Toast) and so much more!
