CL Critic Hal Horowtiz Recommends: It’s the “Never Say Never Tour,” likely titled because the last time Frampton toured, the iconic pop rocker Frampton implied that that would be his last tour. He’s back, presumably because the inclusion-body myositis that deteriorates his muscles has slowed enough for him to perform. Frampton tore it up last time through and — there is no reason to think hewon’t be as energized this go-round. He’s a class act. Hopefully this isn’t his final set of shows, but, you never know. — HH
