Course 1- Scallop crudo, pickled finger lime caviar, sour cherry condiment, pistachios paired with 2019 rose of pinot noir
Course 2- Goat cheese tortellini, summer squash confit paired with 2022 Jayson sauvignon blanc
Course 3- Slow set north Atlantic halibut, thai curry, baby vegetable salad paired with 2021 pahlmeyer chardonnay
Course 4- Roasted California squab, red currant agrodolce, almand gnocchi paired with 2021 pahlmeyer chardonnay
