Uptown Atlanta Celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month

On September 23, the mixed-use destination invites the community to a free screening of Encanto, themed cuisine, live music, and more,

WHAT:
Uptown Atlanta will host a “Movies on The Lawn” event featuring a free outdoor screening of the popular Disney movie Encanto. This community event is in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, and will include themed food and beverage selections from Uptown Test Kitchen’s Chow À La Carte chefs, music and face painting. Pre-movie activities will begin at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. Free event registration is now open.

Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs. Parking is available in the Garson Deck, and validations will be available at the check-in tent. Additionally, The Lawn is situated across the street from the Lindbergh MARTA station for convenient transportation. “Movies on The Lawn” is free and open to the public, but registration is encouraged.
