CRITIC’S PICK: Mo Costello: Forming sounds with my mouth to approximate something that’s like a flood, Atlanta Center for Photography - Artist and educator Mo Costello is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design (MFA, 2014); she is the recipient of recent fellowships from the University of Georgia’s Lamar Dodd School of Art (2015 - 2017) and Emory University (2017). February 6 -April 26
Wednesday-Saturday, 12-5 PM
ACP is pleased to present our first solo exhibition of 2025, Mo Costello: Forming sounds with my mouth to approximate something that’s like a flood, opening February 6, 6-9 PM. Comprising a permanent accessibility intervention in our building’s architecture alongside a small selection of new photographs, the exhibition is “a song, a prayer, an incantation,” which centers our impulse to gather through both symbolic and utilitarian forms.
