Perfectly timed with National Ceviche Day, Tio Lucho’s is hosting Peru on Ponce to celebrate its second anniversary on Friday, June 28th. Born out of the award-winning sandwich pop-up La Chingana and dedicated to Owner and Chef Arnaldo Castillo’s father, Tio Lucho’s is marking two years in Poncey-Highland. Starting at 5 p.m., the restaurant, known for its ceviches, fresh seafood, and authentic Peruvian dishes with a southern twist, will bring Peru to Ponce with food and drink specials, the sounds of Peruvian Cumbia spun by the talented DJ Franklin, and much more. Highlighting the rich flavors and culture of Peru, join Tio Lucho’s in celebrating this milestone.
