Perfectly timed with National Ceviche Day, Tio Lucho’s is hosting Peru on Ponce to celebrate its second anniversary on Friday, June 28th. Born out of the award-winning sandwich pop-up La Chingana and dedicated to Owner and Chef Arnaldo Castillo’s father, Tio Lucho’s is marking two years in Poncey-Highland. Starting at 5 p.m., the restaurant, known for its ceviches, fresh seafood, and authentic Peruvian dishes with a southern twist, will bring Peru to Ponce with food and drink specials, the sounds of Peruvian Cumbia spun by the talented DJ Franklin, and much more.
