CRITIC’S PICK: It’s baaack. All surf, all the time, well at least for a day (noon till 10 PM), featuring local and national acts with their guitar twang and reverb cranked. California’s Insect Surfers are the name draw but there are plenty of great regional bands too. There’s also a cool artist’s market selling everything retro and it’s amazingly all free. Wear your wildest Hawaiian shirt and hang-10 with other genre lovers. — Hal Horowitz
