From the venue:

Did you know? The rainbow flag, an iconic symbol of LGBTQ pride, was first created by artist Gilbert Baker in 1978!

Celebrate love, diversity, and the power of self-expression at our Art Gallery Reception, centered on the theme of LGBTQ Pride.

Ready to make your mark? Submit your artwork now for a chance to be part of this inspiring exhibition. Head over to the Art Gallery Submission page to share your creativity with fellow Panthers.

For those with original pieces ready to take center stage, make sure to drop off your artwork at the Spotlight office (Student Center West Room 267) by Thursday, September 26th, 2024.

Enjoy light refreshments, meet the artists, and connect with others who share your passion for equality and representation. Whether you’re here to support, learn, or simply celebrate, this reception is open to everyone.

Come as you are—proud, colorful, and ready to celebrate!
