Beginning Saturday, September 28th MCMA Presents two new exhibitions just in time for Autumn. We present Georgia Artists in the MCMA Permanent Collection. Displaying a selection of artwork from our Permanent Collection that aims to acknowledge, study, and celebrate the history of artwork and artists who have been influential in the state of Georgia. Also The Stars of America. Artist Melvin Toledo’s first solo exhibition. This exhibition, which includes painted portraiture, an installation, and community engagement, “delves into the intricate tapestry of immigrant life, capturing the diverse narratives, struggles, and triumphs of individuals who have journeyed to the United States in pursuit of hope and opportunity. These two exhibits will be on display until December 14th so don’t miss your chance to see them both!
