Event Description

LIZA ATTIC is a Rock & Roll Band from Florida with influences from psychedelic, funk, and alternative music. The name LIZA ATTIC came when the band members moved into a house together and found writings inside the walls of the attic. These writings told stories of a girl named Liza and her love affairs. They noticed a change in their sound and joked it was because of whatever lies up in the attic above them. Their first EP The Loft is a collection of songs they wrote immediately after moving and setting up a studio in their new house.
The Driptones are four lifelong musicians who have learned to use songwriting as a needed means of self-expression. They describe themselves as genre-fluid because their music really runs the gamut and explores the emotional appeal of many different styles. Their sound typically falls in line with modern alternative rock and indie, drawing inspiration from bands like The Strokes, Vulfpeck, Steely Dan, Magic City Hippies, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Flipturn.
Solar Plexus Super Punch is a 4-piece band of lifelong musicians who became acquainted with each other’s music at jams and jazz events around Atlanta. They have been writing music together in both attics and basements since 2021, combining a multitude of eccentric influences stretching from neo-soul to indie rock.
