Since he only has two full discs, the heavily tattooed Swims’ rise in a short period of time-- helped by initially performing covers of his favorite songs-- to headline two shows at this expansive amphitheater is remarkable. Swims’ voice captures the emotion of his heartfelt songs and an occasional foray into hip-hop.
