Ballethnic Dance Company has been a trailblazer in introducing culturally enriched adaptations of The Nutcracker. “Urban Nutcracker” is set in Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn during the 1940s. This soulful celebration showcases a variety of captivating acts, including the enchanting Reggae Ragdolls, the alluring Arabian dance, the dynamic spins and leaps of the Black Russians, the lively Mother Spice and her tumbling Spice Drops, the effervescent Coca-Cola Pas de Six, and the graceful Brown Sugar and her Chocolatier.
3 Performances: Saturday, December 14th, 2024 @ 2 pm and 8pm. Sunday, December 15th, 2024 @ 3pm.
