Nàdair chef and owner Kevin Gillespie and MeatEater’s Danielle Prewett invite guests to a special evening celebrating the newly released ’‘MeatEater’s Wild + Whole: Seasonal Recipes for the Conscious Cook’‘. On Wednesday, Jan. 8, guests will enjoy a selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres inspired by the book, mingle with Prewett during a meet-and-greet and take home a signed copy of ’‘Wild + Whole’‘. Attendees will celebrate the intersection of wild game cooking and seasonal cuisine while connecting with like-minded food enthusiasts. This is a unique opportunity to meet Prewett, sample curated bites from the cookbook and be immersed in the art of wild, whole food preparation. Tickets, available via Resy, are $75 per person and include a signed copy of “Wild + Whole” and all hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will be offered for beverages. Additional copies of “Wild + Whole” will be available to purchase.
