Come on down to 529 in East Atlanta for a night of good trouble music by Lee Bains in a solo setting. With the power invested in him by back porch punk, southern rock, country and gospel music, the Birmingham, Alabama-born Bains aspires to emulate social protest singers like Billy Bragg and political activists like Angela Davis within the context of his unabashed Christian faith (judge after you've heard it, not before).

“Regardless of what these fascists and billionaires claim or try to make true, ultimate political power is with the People,” says Bains in a recent Facebook post. “Here's to awakening ourselves and each other to that fact.”
