Join us for SETTLE led by Jess Pfeffer, a deeply restorative somatic experience designed to soothe your nervous system and bring you into a state of ease. This immersive journey blends mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness with the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath, guided by the intuitive sound healing of Ebony Black.
Through gentle somatic practices, we will soften into the present moment, inviting the body to release stored tension and reconnect with a sense of safety and flow. The experience will close with a grounding tea experience, offering an herbal complement to support integration and relaxation.
