Sandler Hudson Gallery is pleased to present Constructs, a new solo exhibition by Alex Brewer (HENSE) that explores the artist's evolving visual language across multiple dimensions and scales.

In this exhibition, Brewer continues his investigation of color, form, and spatial relationships through a diverse body of new work. The artist's distinctive abstract vocabulary—characterized by vibrant chromatic interplay and dynamic compositional elements—takes shape in various formats throughout the gallery space.

Constructs brings together several interconnected bodies of work, creating a dialogue between two-dimensional and three-dimensional space. The exhibition demonstrates Brewer's ongoing interest in how formal elements transform when translated across different media, challenging traditional boundaries between painting, drawing, and sculpture.

Known for his fluid and playful approach to abstraction and his ability to create immersive environments through color and form, Brewer presents work that continues his exploration of spontaneous mark-making and deliberate composition. The title "Constructs" references both the physical building processes in his work and the conceptual frameworks that inform his artistic practice.
