Nestled among the trees, this temperature-controlled space provides the perfect setting to unwind as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls guide you into a state of deep calm and mindfulness.
Meet Your Guide: Karmin is a certified sound healer, yoga instructor, and Brain Longevity Specialist with a passion for helping others achieve deep relaxation and connection through breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound therapy.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, or anything to make yourself comfortable.
