On March 26, 2025, Kitty Dare is hosting a bar takeover from 5 to 8 pm featuring Yllera Wines and Birlibirloque Gin. Guests will be able to savor a unique lineup of Yllera wines, including the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 Pepe Tempranillo, 2021 Meraldis Verdejo, and 2016 Boada Crianza, all available by the glass or as a flight with four half-glasses for $25. Rounding out the evening, guests can also enjoy Eti’s G&T, a Gin and Tonic made with Birlibirloque Gin as a tribute to owner Jaamy Zarnergar’s mother, Eti, and her love of the classic cocktail.
