Vega String Quartet - “Mozart @ the Med School,”

CRITIC’S PICK: What’s your lunch hour look like on Monday? Whether you’re inclined or in the vicinity, the Vega String Quartet is performing “Mozart @ the Med School,” a FREE informal concert starting at noon in the lobby of the Emory School of Medicine.

Last year, the internationally renowned, award-winning Quartet-in-Residence at Emory University hosted collaborative concerts featuring flutist Ransom Wilson, cellist Zuill Bailey and the Juilliard Quartet. Monday's brown bag program, organized by Emory's Center for Holistic Student Success and the Emory Chamber Music Society of Atlanta, includes works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Debussy. – Doug DeLoach
