Move your body to change your perspective in this 90-minute workshop.
We’ll begin with journaling and intention setting. Then, connect with our breath and bodies through Caroline’s signature creative asana practice that blends alignment and stability, dynamic vinyasa, and creative expression to shift our thoughts and emotions and find new perspectives. Afterwards, take home a month of journaling prompts to keep the momentum going.
