More than a tribute band, Pylon Reenactment Society (PRS) write new material with Pylon as their guiding star. Their 2024 release Magnet Factory was met with critical acclaim. Band features original Pylon vocalist Vanessa Briscoe Hay with Jason NeSmith, Kay Stanton and Gregory Sanders. Sets feature a mixture of Pylon and PRS tunes.
Recording artist, author, performer and producer Richard Barone helped pioneer the indie rock scene in Hoboken, NJ as member of The Bongos. His solo album Cool Blue Halo helped launch the chamber pop scene. The Bongos just released The Shroud of Touring: Live in 1985 on Jem Records.
