A week ago, Dope Concepts ATL was set to be an exciting showcase of Atlanta’s underground talent. Now, following the passing of beloved local artist and East Chain member Da Kidd Half, the next installment of Dope Concepts has become a bittersweet opportunity for the local Hip-Hop community to come together once again. The bulk of the original lineup — including JEM., Ke'lyn The Artist, Xaminah, and CL-featured artists Audiadasound and BOREGARD — remains as originally scheduled, and in place of Half’s original set will be a special tribute set courtesy of DJ MuziSean.
