Skewed Orbit Studios Brings Monthly Laughs With Satellite Comedy

Skewed Orbit Studios is turning up the volume on Friday nights with Satellite Comedy—a monthly stand-up series showcasing fresh and seasoned talent from across the Southeast to the heart of Old Fourth Ward. Happening every third Friday, this month's installment lands on June 20, 2025, and features a stacked lineup: Damon Sumner, Kareem “Plug” Chapman, Jonathan Giles, Derick Marchel, and a few surprise guests ready to light up the stage. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and seating is first come, first served—so come early, crack open a drink, and connect with fellow comedy lovers before the show kicks off at 8:00 p.m. Skewed Orbit offers a full concession stand with popcorn, candy, bottled water, and soda on deck—but guests are also encouraged to BYOB and make it their own. Tickets are $25 online, and $30 at the door.
