The Atlanta Department of Transportation, in partnership with Propel ATL, presents the final Spring event of the Atlanta Streets Alive series on Peachtree Street, presented by Uber | Waymo. In a celebration of people, movement, and sustainability, Atlanta’s iconic Peachtree Street will close to motor-vehicle traffic and open to the community on Sunday, June 22, 2-6 p.m. Peachtree Street will transform into a living street, where Atlantans of all ages are invited to walk, bike, skate, roll, dance, and connect. This event is completely free and family-friendly, offering an opportunity to experience the city in a whole new way.

“Atlanta Streets Alive is a testament to how we can build a healthier, more
connected city,” says Atlanta Streets Alive Manager Romy Maloon. “It’s a chance to
imagine a city designed for people—a place where we can move freely, connect
with our neighbors, and support the local businesses that give our neighborhoods
