Beginner-friendly! Unroll your mat for an invigorating full body flow. Explore the fundamental principles and postures of Vinyasa yoga. Enjoy a flow class to work every muscle, linking breath to movement at an intuitive pace.
Class will be in the Crate & Barrel parking deck. Class will be outdoors, please dress comfortably. Bring your own mat and towel.
