Lynyrd Skynyrd X Foreigner: Double Trouble Double Vision Tour

Lynyrd Skynyrd, Foreigner, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - Wait...wasn't last year's Skynyrd show supposed to be their last? Of course that never stopped acts like The Who, Kiss, Cher or The B52's to renege on their "final time...we mean it" proclamations. Once that money starts raining down, those promises dissipate. This tour, dubbed Double Trouble Double Vision, delivers two '70s bands recreating their hits with members most won't recognize. Lou Gramm, Foreigner's famous lead singer, is on his own solo trek, making Mick Jones the lone original here. Skynyrd is led by longtime singer Johnny Van Zant and guitarist Ricky Medlocke, neither original members. On the positive side, you'll get the songs you want, sounding close enough to what the records provide, and, it's unclear whether either these acts will tour again.
