Bully Boy sets the scene for New Year’s Eve with an evening that balances great food, festive touches, and an easygoing celebratory mood. On Wednesday, December 31, the Japanese-inspired restaurant will serve dinner from 5 p.m. until midnight, featuring its signature menu alongside New Year’s Eve specials curated by Executive Chef Wendy Roman. At midnight, a sparkling champagne toast, festive hats, and streamers mark the arrival of 2026, celebrating the moment in Bully Boy’s signature style and offering a relaxed start to the new year.
