Gnocchi Making Class at ENZO Steakhouse & Bar

ENZO Steakhouse & Bar hosts a hands-on Gnocchi Making Class on Saturday, January 24 at 11 a.m., spotlighting one of Italy's most beloved comfort dishes. Led by Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio, the intimate class guides guests through the process of crafting pillowy, handmade gnocchi from scratch, from dough to final shaping. Designed for all skill levels, the experience includes step-by-step instruction, tastings throughout the class, wine and light bites to enjoy along the way. Guests will prepare their own gnocchi to enjoy during the experience and take home extra, along with one of ENZO's signature sauces.
